Open Consultants is a group of strategic and organizational consultants with the mission to advance global development. We provide the full range of strategic, policy, organizational and analytic support to leading organizations in global health and development. We are looking for a Consultant to grow with us.
We work with leading organizations in international development, from large public and private sector organizations to foundations and non-governmental organizations, like, for example, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, among many others. We work on projects ranging from organizational development/change management to strategy development, government affairs, and policy and financing analysis. Our projects cover a broad spectrum of global development sectors, including global health, research and innovation, education, water and sanitation, and agriculture.

degree (Master or equivalent) in Political Science, Public Affairs, Global
Public Health, Economics or another relevant field from a major university
of 3 years work experience in consulting, government, or government affairs
problem-solving, writing and presentation skills
in Excel, MS Powerpoint
motivation to work on global development issues
in English and German, other languages an asset
entrepreneurial spirit and a good sense of humor.
